Timeliness: Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may necessitate the cancellation of your appointment to maintain the schedule for other clients.
No-Show Policy: We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, but two no-shows without prior notification will result in placement on our appointment blacklist.
Service Scope: Any additional services requested beyond what is scheduled for your appointment will be subject to availability and require approval from the technician.
Booking Requirements: Each client must book their appointment individually and provide accurate personal contact information for our records.
Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please cancel your existing booking first, and then choose a new suitable time.
